If your internet service is working but a website, app, or streaming service is saying you're located in a different state, country, or giving you a VPN error message it is likely a geolocation issue. That website or service is using old or inaccurate information and will need to whitelist your IP address to allow you access. Please contact their customer support for assistance with this issue.
