When a voicemail is left between 9:00AM — 9:00PM calls are returned within 30 minutes. Voicemail left after 9:00PM will receive a call back the following day.
Our helpdesk is available 24/7, and we do our best to always have a representative available to receive your call. In the event that all customer support representatives are occupied with other customers and our system requested you to leave a voice mail; a ticket is automatically published within our internal system with your voicemail included, and tickets are always serviced in the order in which we receive them.
In the event of a large-scale outage this may be delayed somewhat, but rest assured that if you left a voicemail our technicians will reach out to you as soon as possible!
