Aerwave's service uses state-of-the-art, enterprise-grade hardware that's already installed at the property, so you never have to think about equipment, routers or modems again. You'll experience the best speeds and performance by connecting to Aerwave's networks directly, without any additional hardware.

If you want to use you own router, you'll need to connect it to one of the wall-plated data jacks in your apartment using an Ethernet cable. You can find them on the Access Point labeled either TP-Link or Ruckus. You'll also need to configure your router to ensure it works on the Aerwave network.

If you experience any problems setting up your own router, please contact Customer Support and we would be happy to assist you.
