Aerwave offers wireless service in all properties and a wired option in many. In most properties with a wired option you plug directly into the access point.

Before you can connect using a wired connection, you must first complete the sign-up process to establish your Network Name and Network Password.

To set-up your network for the first time, go to aerwave.io/check-availability and follow the prompts. (You can also reference our detailed sign-up article called "Signing up for Service: Step by Step Guide")

For most properties, two Ethernet ports are located on the bottom of the wireless access point that Aerwave installed in your unit. In most cases, you'll find the wireless access point installed in your living room. (In some units, the wireless access point was installed in the bedroom. If you can't find the access point, please contact us).
