Aerwave bills subscribers one of two ways for their services:

Direct Billing

If you were required to enter billing information when you signed-up for service, Aerwave will bill you directly for your Internet plan each month. We bill you automatically each month in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Through your Lease

If you were not required to enter billing information when you signed-up for service, Aerwave bills you for your service through your lease.

When you receive your next month's billing statement from your property manager, you will notice a new line item with the description "Aerwave Internet" (or something similar, for example "Technology Fee") and a description of your plan (i.e. 300 Mbps).

Your property manager generally requires that you sign a Lease Addendum in order to authorize the additional charge as part of your monthly rental statement. You may have already signed this Addendum when you signed your lease, or you may be asked to sign the Addendum after you sign-up for Aerwave. Please contact your leasing office if you have questions regarding the Addendum.
