Aerwave generally offers three tiers of service based on speed measured in megabits per second, or Mbps.*

The service tier that is right for you depends on how you plan to use your Internet (e.g. Do you stream 4k content? Are you a gamer?), how many devices you plan to connect to your network, and how many people will use the network at the same time.

For those only seeking to surf the web and check email, our lower tier service is an economic option that should provide all the bandwidth needed. For those who upload data to websites and clouds regularly, have internet-intensive professions, or who play games relying on an internet connection, our higher tier service should be more than fast enough to meet their needs.

Many of our customers choose to subscribe to our middle tier service - 300 Mbps plan. This amount of bandwidth meets the needs of the vast majority of our customers, allowing them stream loads of content across multiple devices simultaneously, and provides enough bandwidth to support many smart home devices like Nest thermostats, SmartTVs, and soundbars.

If you find that the bandwidth you originally purchased is too much or too little, changing your Aerwave Internet plan is easy. All you need to do is log in to your account and click "Billing Info", and then adjust your plan as desired.
