Apple products in particular have a networking feature that can sometimes interfere with the device’s ability to communicate with Aerwave networks. This feature, known as a randomized MAC Address (or Private WIFI Address), is found in the WIFI settings of most Apple devices. To disable this follow these steps:

  1. Go to the settings app in your iOS (Apple) device.

  2. Select "Wi-Fi".

  3. Select the information button next to your wireless network name. The information button is a lowercase "i" inside of a blue circle. For Apple Watches, simply select your wireless network name.

  4. Tap the toggle switch next to "Private Address" to disable the feature. For some Apple devices this feature may be labeled "Private Wi-Fi Address".

If this feature is disabled and you are still experiencing issues connecting, please contact our customer support!
