Connection issues are always frustrating and can happen for many reasons. Often times a simple reboot can solve the problem, and you can also try "forgetting" the network on your device before attempting to reconnect.

When reaching out to helpdesk, it is incredibly helpful if you can provide details regarding the specific problem. Makes and models of the device(s), any error messages, and how long the problem has been ongoing helps our team troubleshoot the problem!
